At KidsUnited.Asia, your satisfaction matters to us –
we’re happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.
You must contact us by email to confirm your request.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage
Returned with original packaging, tags, and any accessories/documentation
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
Items that are worn, soiled, stained, or washed
Discounted or sale items (Final sale – no exchange)
Items returned without prior confirmation
📦 Return Shipping & Handling
Return shipping costs are to be fully borne by the customer
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
Replacement item shipping fees are also borne by the customer
Please ensure returned items are packed securely to avoid any damage
