Return & Exchange Policy

At KidsUnited.Asia, your satisfaction matters to us –
we’re happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • You must contact us by email to confirm your request.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage

    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and any accessories/documentation

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items that are worn, soiled, stained, or washed

  • Discounted or sale items (Final sale – no exchange)

  • Items returned without prior confirmation

📦 Return Shipping & Handling

  • Return shipping costs are to be fully borne by the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

  • Replacement item shipping fees are also borne by the customer

  • Please ensure returned items are packed securely to avoid any damage
