Return & Exchange Policy

At KidsUnited.Asia, your satisfaction matters to us –
we’re happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • To qualify for an exchange or return, please make sure your item meets these requirements:

    • Request Period:
      You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your item.

    • How to Request:
      Please contact our team via email at sales@kidsunited.asia with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

    • Item Condition:
      Eligible items must be:

      • Unused and in original condition

      • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage

      • Returned in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included

    • Verification:
      Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to confirm eligibility before processing an exchange or refund.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

    • Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer

    • Sale or discounted items (Final Sale — no exchange or refund)

    • Items returned without prior confirmation

    • Accessories, undergarments, or babywear for hygiene reasons

    • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen variations (not considered defects)

      For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not returnable or refundable. These include:

📦 Return Shipping & Handling

    • Customer Responsibility:
      All return and exchange shipping costs are to be fully borne by the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or wrongly shipped by KidsUnited.Asia.

    • Shipping Method:
      We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid loss or damage in transit.
      We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping.

    • Secure Packaging:
      Please ensure all items are packed securely in protective packaging to prevent any damage.

    • Replacement Shipping Fees:
      For approved exchanges, the replacement item’s shipping cost will also be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

💳 Refund Process

    • If your refund request is approved:

      1. You’ll receive an email notification confirming approval.

      2. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

      3. The refund amount will exclude any initial shipping fees or discounts applied during the purchase.

      4. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

      • Clear photos of the item and packaging

      • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

      After review, we will arrange:
